The price of flour is going down in Islamabad, making it cheaper for people. Market sources say a 10kg bag of flour used to cost Rs1,470, but now it’s only Rs1,200. This means it’s Rs270 cheaper.
The cost of flour is going down in Islamabad, which is good news for shoppers. A 15kg bag of flour used to be Rs2,250, but now it’s Rs1,650, saving Rs600. Similarly, a 20kg bag is now Rs2,250 instead of Rs2,880, saving Rs630.
Also, the price of bread has dropped. A small loaf costs Rs120 instead of Rs140, and a large loaf is either Rs230 or Rs220, down from Rs240.
Additionally, the price of first-grade chakki flour is now Rs160 per kilogram instead of Rs170, and second-grade flour is Rs150 instead of Rs160. In the outskirts of Islamabad, chakki flour is now Rs140 instead of Rs150 per kilogram.

Additionally, Chakki flour prices in the outskirts of Islamabad have decreased to Rs140 per kilogram from Rs150.
On April  the Chakki Ata Association reduced the price of flour by Rs5 per kilogram.
In Lahore, the cost of a 20kg bag of flour dropped significantly by Rs800 per kilogram within a short time. It went from Rs2,800 to Rs2,000 per bag.
