PVTC is a govt. the organization was established in 1988 with the aim to promote vocational and technical education in Punjab province. All the vocational institutes are affiliated with this vocational council. PVTC is taking financial aid from various NGOs such as GIZ, UNICEF, PSDF, and British Council to help the poor youth in getting vocational and technical education.
