Eligibility Criteria

• The applicants must be 17 to 25 years of age
• The marital status of applicants must be unmarried when applying
• The applicants must have a certificate in FSC pre-medical or equivalent certificate in Biology, Physics, and Chemistry
• The application must have 70% marks both matriculation and FSC or HSSC

Register for The NUMS Test

• Go to National Testing Service website nts.org.pk
• Click on the registration for the NUMS entry test
• Carefully the registration form and select a test center from the following options
• Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Karachi, Lahore, Multan Quetta, Peshawar, Bahawalpur, Gwadar, and Dera Ismail Khan
• Then click on the registration button
• A challan of 3000 PKR will be generated under your name download it along with your application form and print it
• Pay the challan to the nearest branch of HBL. Get the original challan for yourself and NUMS stamped
• Post the printed application form and originally paid challan form to NTS plot 96, street no 4, sector h-8/1, Islamabad

Candidates Must Read The Following Instruction Before Registration

Applied for the test earliest so that you can post the challan, application form, and required documents to NTS on time

Entry test

• On the test day, the candidates must arrive at the venue of the examination an hour before the test starts to avoid any chance of delay
• The candidates following documents must bring on test day
• Original CNIC or identity smart card or official NADRA token slip stamped B form with the candidate picture
• The printed copy of admit card or the roll no slip
• Clean clipboard
• Two ballpoint pens, markers, pencils, and pointers are not allowed

Entry test result

The result of the test will display in a week on their website or through email. Please remember it the formula of admission is 50% of FSC and 50% of the NUMS test. The candidates with 70% marks in the NUMS entry test are eligible to apply for admission

Merit list

Once the candidate clears all tests they are then scored according to their overall performance in the entire test
